- A delivery fee of BGN 5.00 is paid for all shipments within Bulgaria.
- As Odealtse expands its product range and increases stock, your order can arrive in several separate shipments. In case your order is sent this way, you will not be charged an additional fee.
- Your order will be delivered in the next 4-5 working days from the moment of receiving an email confirmation of the sent order.
- If the courier fails to deliver your shipment, it will try again. If the second attempt fails, the shipment will remain in the courier company's warehouse for a short time and will then be automatically returned to Odealtse.
- The processing of your order starts quickly, which means that we cannot make changes after confirming it. This includes changing the address or delivery method.
- However, it is possible to cancel the order (more information can be found in the Terms and Conditions section, section Withdrawal of Order) and submit a new one, as we provide a certain grace period after order confirmation.
